You’re using a test version, ahead of launch. It may have bugs and change as we improve it. During the beta, Scurry AI is free.
What data we keep
- The name you choose when you sign up and the record of what you accept.
- Your passkey, only its public part (the private key never leaves your device), and your open sessions.
- Your errands: what you ask for, what the mice find and your purchases and bookings with their status.
- We store what you ask for anonymously, without personal data, so that the mice can learn.
- The Guardian’s records: the permissions you give each website and its activity log.
- The look you choose for each mouse and their work preferences: sizes, who you shop for, brands and shops, budget, where you travel from and your luggage, delivery notes and diet. Your diet is optional and may say something about your health or beliefs: only write it if you want to.
- Your alert email, if you add one: we only use it for security alerts.
Where it’s kept
Our servers are in Germany (Hetzner), in the European Union. Connections go through Cloudflare, which protects them. To understand what you ask for and to move around websites, the text of your requests, of the pages the mice read and what the chat of each request remembers, without your personal data (never your voice or what is typed into fields, such as passwords or payment details), is processed by Claude AI, from Anthropic (contracted with Anthropic Ireland, in the EU), which may also process it outside the EU.
Scurry’s browser
The mice do your errands in Scurry’s browser, which runs on our servers in the European Union: there is nothing to install. You watch it live in your chat and can take over whenever you like.
- It only goes to the websites of your errands and the ones you allow in Scurry.
- It reads the text of those pages to decide the next step. That text is processed by Claude AI, like everything else.
- It types into them the details you give Scurry for a form, when you allow it. Never passwords or cards, and it never pays: the last button is always yours.
- Signing in and paying are up to you: Scurry hands you the page at the right moment.
- Each errand runs in its own separate browser, which is wiped when it ends: it keeps neither your sessions nor what it saw.
Your personal finances with Scurry
What you tell Scurry about your money (income, expenses, debts and goals) is processed by Claude AI to understand it and explain it to you, and our server does the maths without storing it. That chat and its figures are kept only in your browser, encrypted with a key of your account that our server keeps: they can't be read without signing in. They never go into the anonymous record of what you ask for, and they are deleted when you delete your account. Scurry never pays, never accesses your bank and never gives investment advice.
Your account is yours
You can delete it whenever you like from Settings.
It’s artificial intelligence
Scurry, Skitter, Zippy and Brie are AI assistants and their voices are synthetic, as the EU AI Act requires. They can make mistakes: always check what they suggest.
Nothing is paid without you
The mice search, compare and get things ready. You always make the payment yourself, in the shop: no mouse pays or types your card.
